Hi, my name is John Kim and I'm a therapist who went through his own

0:06.7

rebirth. I share my feelings and revelations. I believe in casual or

0:11.0

clinical and with you instead of at you I come unrehearsed on

0:15.9

purpose because self-help doesn't have to be so complicated. One of the most common

0:22.3

themes I see in clients who feel stuck and are grayed out and they're unhappy is they live in what was.

0:32.0

So it's less about getting something, whether it's a, you know,

thing of course, obviously, but they could just

1:46.0

be little micro-experiences that shift beliefs, usually start to dissolve old

1:53.4

limited false beliefs and create new and that new is what life looks like

2:00.0

that's what expanding looks like if you don't give yourself these new experiences,

2:05.3

then you default into living in what was. You live in the past. Now, time is going forward,

2:12.2

of course, and today is technically not yesterday, but your state,

2:17.0

your way of thinking, all of that shit stays in the past, and so you start to just exist, you know, and yes, good things can happen to you, but, and you may be happy
