Today we're going to be talking about being frugal.

And let's just let's talk about frugality and idolizing frugality specifically.

So being frugal is the definition is, you know, spending in the least way possible.

Let's, I even looked up the definition. Okay, it is sparing with regard to money or food.

So spending sparingly in regard to money or food.

But in this context, I want you to think of it as basically spending the least amount possible on anything. And when I first dip my toes into the

financial world, into the financial industry, I jumped, I cannonball, I just like

nose swan dive, just pencil dive, I'm trying to think of other dives, straight into the side

of the financial industry that was idolizing frugality.

This is the side of the financial industry that was idolizing frugality. This is the side of the financial industry that is very pro on no spend days,

which again, no spend days are basically how many days can you go a month without spending

a dime, without spending anything.

And I used to do these a lot when I first started. And I actually have a whole
