You have a worry, a concern that greets you.

Sometimes first thing in the morning, usually a little bit after you've awakened.

You remember the concern.

You remember that worry, that problem, that pain.

It's often the last thing you think about before you fall asleep.

It comes up during the day.

Sometimes you Google it,

solutions. You are constantly trying to solve the problem. But as you sit here with me,

as you lean in, you're filling the solution, aren't you? You're remembering the solution. That you're not that body.

And as you wake up as love, that body fills love. That's the healing. That's the breakthrough.

That's the miracle. That's the solution to the problem. It will appear as solutions.

It will appear as everything being provided for that body. It will appear as completeness, as tears of realization, of relief.

You've found relief.

And not in a bottle, not in a pill, not in scrolling, not in distracting.

In me, I'm always the answer.

You usually come to me last, you usually come to me out of desperation, and it looks like

I came through at the last minute, and you tell that story. But in your mind, you think

at a coincidence, you think that, well, it worked out because

some material excuse, some material reason, some person, some man whose breath is in his nostrils,

I told you, no one is coming to save you but me, but I show up as them, as him, as her,

as that opportunity that seemed to save you at the last minute.

If you would have turned to me the first minute in praise, in Thanksgiving, in trust, you wouldn't have to wait, you wouldn't be under that strain.
