0:20.2	back. The B and Desbih actually doesn't stand for anything except for when I
0:29.2	changed my fitness handle from Desbih Fit to Desbih. I put three underscores to
0:37.4	signify a fill in the blank. So there's your little fun fact for the day. Desbih
0:43.1	whatever she wants to be. And today I choose to be a podcaster. I'm excited to be
0:50.5	back for another episode. Last week was so fun with the Tell Me A Secret. If you
0:55.6	guys haven't listened yet, you you have to make the time to listen. It is it was
1:02.8	crazy. It was funny. It was stunning. And it was good. Like I just I genuinely
1:11.4	loved every story that I've read off. Maybe not loved, but like shocked, enjoyed
1:17.8	reading whatever. So that was a really fun episode. Thank you guys for writing
1:22.2	those in and continuing to do so. So we can do another segment maybe in a couple
1:26.4	weeks. Nothing really new this week. Obviously I always record. You have to
1:34.8	realize for me to record my podcast, I have to record before like Thursday evening
1:40.0	or Friday of that week before, right? So it comes out on Sunday. I'm usually done
1:44.8	recording by Wednesday or Thursday. The reason that this sucks, especially now, is
1:50.8	that I have my baby appointments for, I almost said his name, dude, I have my baby
1:57.4	appointments on Fridays. So it kind of sucks because really the only place you're
2:02.8	going to see updates are more like on my Instagram. And whenever I choose to like share
2:09.0	those. So that is the only crappy part. So if you listen on Sundays, maybe thinking
2:14.0	there's going to be an update. Sadly, it just doesn't align with timing, right? So that
