My gosh, I kind of allowed myself to internalize the beauty of this a few years ago, and it has brought me tremendous peace, not to mention it's probably saved me a, my gosh, a crap ton of energy over the years.

It's almost like this explaining habit that we have is a, like a subtle way of seeking permission from others, of seeking

their acceptance of us. And confident people, we don't do this. We don't need other people

to tell us that it's okay how we spend our money or how we run our business or what our

relationship looks like or what our, or the status of our health. I find it extremely liberating to

simply never justify anything about myself. My choices, the success I've experienced or you

no idea how many times people ask me like, why are you so happy? How are you so joyful? Like,
