Summary

In today’s episode, I break down the true meaning of intention and why thinking alone isn’t enough to change your life. I share how aligning what you say, do, think, feel, and believe creates a higher frequency that removes interference from your goals. I explain why non-negotiable behaviors—like consistency in health, gratitude, and growth—build lasting success, and why attachment to outcomes only slows progress. I also talk about mercy, humility, and frugality as the cornerstones of an intentional life, how to choose partners with values that match your own, and why paying yourself first allows you to give more and serve better.

You gave me a lot of takeaways, but the biggest one is being intentional.

0:42.3

they can grow rich, thinking is intention.

0:45.3

So I'm going to think about it.

0:47.3

And the problem is that works in the infinite,

0:49.3

but it doesn't work in the human experience.

0:51.3

You can think all you want about paying your mortgage.

0:54.8

If you're sitting at home high on your mom's couch broke, thinking about paying your mortgage,

0:59.5

you're not going to be able to pay your mortgage. So intention is what I say, what I do,

1:06.2

what I think, what I feel, and what I believe. And all of those have different frequencies. And if you're not

1:12.2

aligning all of intention with where you want to be or think you want to be or better, you are

1:17.0

statistically interfering. So you can think all you want, but we're not doing it. You're interfering

1:21.3

with it happening. You can think all you want and you can do. But if you say the opposite,

1:27.1

and a lot of people make the mistake of saying things they don't realize they say,

1:30.8

because words are very specific.
