Mr. Elta, let's kick off this incredible Friday training with your takeaway of the month.

And I know we had one hell of a month this week alone with office hours and the 70-some interviews

that took place. But what has been your takeaway for the month? Oh, I had so many great takeaways,

but the takeaway came late in the game from Roy Kataya,

one of my dear friends, an executive producer of GoFund Yourself, former CEO of Verb,

and we just had a beautiful exit for $525 million eight weeks ago.

So congratulations, Rory, no doubt you had my takeaway of the day when he said,

if you think or can do somebody else's job better on your team than they can, then go find a new team

member. It's the wrong team member. So if you're a great leader,

you need to hire people above you that are capable of doing things better than what you can do.

And so if you feel like you can do better than your team members, what they do, then go find

a different team member. And that doesn't mean at this stage of the game, they can do it, but if they

don't have the capability or the desire to do so, go find another team member. And so I thought

of what was a great one for all of those OCD overachievers that try to do everything. Make sure you

have the right team members. And that's absolutely

been a secret sauce. But you need to pour into those team members. People are amazed by our team

members from Colleen to Mikey, to Nick, to Marissa, to Chris, all the amazing people. And the

list goes on, Mitra and Desi and whoever else is in there.

They're just amazing people, but we pour into them every Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

This is a mandatory Friday training for my team.

And then we have a Friday meeting mandatory.

We have a Monday meeting. We have Monday Ask Me Anythings.
