0:07.0	There's a bunch of different kind of leaders.
0:08.5	So, like, I understand already what I'm about to say is, like, there's, it's not holes per se.
0:13.1	It's just a certain kind of leader.
0:14.2	But I was thinking about leaders who are inspiring enough that they get people to believe in ideas beyond themselves.
0:24.8	So, i.e., companies always just have this thing happen.
0:25.8	I've seen it everywhere.
0:27.0	We've seen it in our company.

0:31.9	Well, they get brought up by whoever.
0:36.6	In our company, they get brought up now by other people, but at times by us, they get put into leadership positions
0:38.4	and then they're, you know, charged with leading, right? And I was thinking about those times
0:45.0	and other companies as well where everybody who works for a leader, are there more for the leader
0:53.0	than they are for the company as a whole?
0:55.0	And when that leader either moves on, moves to a different position, whatever the case may be,
0:59.5	like there's this really, is the whole company like backslides for a little while.
1:04.8	A bunch of people leave.
1:05.9	There's like turnover, et cetera, et cetera.
