Of all the preseason games I've seen in my life, Rub, that was one of them.

Yeah, it was an interesting afternoon at the lake.

It certainly was. Eagles end up losing 22 to 13 to Cleveland Browns. This is the Eagle Eye podcast brought to you by Nissan, Ruben, Frank, and Dave Zangaro. We'll go through what happened in the game and some good, some bad. And you will look at the good and say, well, maybe some of these things don't get too excited about.

Well, look at the bad and see what actually was bad and what you have to worry about.

Yeah, I think that's fair.

Because some of the bad is almost irrelevant.

Some of the bad is kind of scary.

Yeah.

So in this game, obviously, no starters.

Well, no stars, but So none of the big contract guys played in this game.

But you did have on defense some of the players battling for starting spots play. So you had all of the cornerbacks up except for Quinyan and Cooper Eugene. And then at safety, you had everyone up except for re-blankenship.

So you had Sidney Brown out there.

You had Drew McCuba.

You had Tristan McCollum.

So those were the guys who really wanted to watch today.

And some did well and some didn't.

Yeah.

Yeah, I think some of the competitions, really, this goes for both sides of the ball, are getting some clarity.

I think that's true. And then there are some spots where there's not a lot of clarity and less than three weeks before the opener.

You know, there are some concerns about this team.

And they're not as big as the concerns about some other teams in the league.

So you have to remember that, that all things considered, like the Eagles are in a really good position.
