Sunday afternoon, we get the news. The Eagles have traded for wide receiver, John Mechie,

the third, a former second round pick back in 2022.

Rub first, we'll get into the terms of the trade and what this means for the roster as

it sat before the trade, but initial reaction to the move.

Initial reaction was not surprising how he made a move, a little surprising.

It was at that position where they've had some guys had good camps.

But you get an experienced guy who was a second round pick.

He was the 44th player.

So he was a pretty high second round

pick, a 44th player taken over. I believe the seventh wide receiver. A lot of wide receivers

in that draft. I think he was one pick after Wondale Rob was his name Wondale Robinson. Robinson.

So look, he wasn't, he was kind of a disappointment in houston but this these are the kind of moves

that you know how he specializes and you get something for next to nothing we'll go over the

trade terms in a second there's really no downside to this if it doesn't work out you know you still
