1:42.2	I feel like we talk about our mental health in every single episode.
1:46.2	Because it's such a big part of our lives. It's like the full center of us.
1:50.2	It literally affects us so much and people are like why don't y'all post so often? It's because we are literally mentally ill.
1:58.2	But with that being said, I woke up today after being trapped for three days in purgatory, like mental purgatory, where like I completely feel nothing.
2:08.2	I have zero motivation. Life just doesn't have that lust that you'd expect.
2:16.2	And I woke up today and I was like, I feel fucking good today. And then I kept just repeating like I'm going to feel good today today.
2:24.2	And I like affirmed that and I feel great. I feel awesome. It's only 130. It can get worse.
2:32.2	It can take it down. I agree though. Like with that ideology, I was telling Drew.
2:38.2	I think I've said it before online too. And I probably sounded crazy.
2:42.2	But when I was in that really bad depressive episode in 2019, I remember I was in Miami and I was texting a friend.
