I am so inspired by your book that is a company that you founded called Etra.

And one of the things that is so inspiring to me about you is that your life has taken several

different leaps of faith.

A hundred percent.

Leaving law practice and what I'm assuming was a powerful job, a well-paying job,

a well-respected job, all the things that are supposed to be the feathers in our cap that we're looking for, you left to start Etra because you wanted to challenge young girls to figure out who they wanted to be. So tell us how all of that came about. It happened just the way you're talking about it. And all those feathers, by the way, I loved my job.
