Hey deserving listeners, it's just me today.

I thought I would answer your emails.

I'm a therapist and a professor.

So as the podcast is getting more and more popular, I am having a hard time responding to everyone's emails.

There was a time when that was absolutely within my possibility and schedule to do so.

It's starting to be such that I can't. my possibility and schedule to do so.

because I really like interacting with the listeners directly.

But I thought as a way to save time I would just read all the questions on the

podcast and just respond that way.

So if you want to ask a question, go to our website and use the contact us page.

It's really the only way, I might actually start only allowing those kinds of emails to me

because the contact us page on the website asks all the appropriate questions that I need you to answer in order for me to know if I can read it on the podcast or how you want to be referred to you and all that kind of stuff. So you know don't email me directly,

don't, unless I know you, but, and don't comment on things because I don't have time to read those kinds of things.

I do absolutely have time to read your emails through the contact us page on the website.
