1:16.6	I'm so excited to have you on to hear about the future of insurance, your career and all the lessons in between.
1:24.6	But I want to start here. First job. Like, where did it all start for you?
1:29.3	Where did it all start for me? So, originally from Manchester, I left school and I kind of,
1:37.1	I'm from a background of builders, so lots of building going on. All my family were for my
1:41.8	dad, apart from me. And I knew I didn't want to do that.
1:45.5	It just wasn't my bag. But actually generally really like helping people. I like building,
1:50.2	I like doing things, I like kind of always progressing and doing things for people.
1:54.3	So I looked at different industries and I didn't almost fall into insurance, but I actually
1:59.7	actively chose to go into insurance I actually actively chose to go into
2:01.1	insurance, and I actively chose to go into the claims route, which isn't a normal route.
2:05.2	Most people go for underwriting, thinking, oh, the money isn't underwriting.
2:08.2	But actually, I generally really love working in claims.
