My closing remarks today is going to be interesting because I wanted to play back for anybody that missed it. We do voicemail calls, and this was a voicemail call I got. Here it is right now. Hi, Steve. My name is Sandra, and I'm calling from the D.C. or the DMV area, I'm sorry.

So my question is, please don't take offense to this, but my question is, I listen to your morning show every day, pretty much,

and I always listen to your words of encouragement after the show.

I want to know what makes you the expert to feel like you can say these words of encouragement to people.

Are these things that you've been through?

Are these things that your family has been through?

You know, give me a little insight on why you say the words

of encouragement that you do say.

Okay.

Tell Tommy I love him.

You know, after I heard that I was kind of a little setback, but not really, even how I handled

it earlier.

But after giving it some thought and listening to her for the second time,

I think really what she's looking for is just some insight.

I think she's a fan of the show.

And then she even said in there, and I miss this,

I listen to your closing remarks every day.

And I think she's just trying to find out really where it's coming from and what's the

basis behind it. So let me share it with you what I think has happened to me. I didn't always agree

with the life God was giving me. I didn't always agree with the hand that I was dealt. I thought at times it was a bit excessive.

I thought that getting the marriage is wrong was a mistake mostly on my part, but I thought he
