I'd like for you to read that little story you read earlier today.

It says, go small with your goals. The holidays have only just started, but people

are already thinking about their New Year's goals. And this year, it's all about going small.

75% of people make at least one resolution a year, but a new survey found that respondents

would rather kick off their goals

gradually than just jump into them head first. And almost half of those surveyed also said

that they'd rather concentrate on long-term goals with 27 percent saying they wanted to focus on

short-term ones. So earlier in the show, Steve, I asked you, since you're a motivational

speaker, do you agree with that? What do you think? And I said 100% I do not. Listen to me,

folks. Stop listening to people who are not where you're trying to go. Stop listening to people who are not where you're trying to go.

Stop listening to people who are not supportive of your visions, of your dreams,

of your goals.

If you meet a person that's constantly trying to short side what you're telling them and when it comes to your

ambitions and your dreams you are talking to the wrong person you have got to surround

yourself with like-minded people it is a horrible thing when I hear statistics like

these telling people to think small have smaller goals that
