In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully

your awareness of God's very real presence in your life. Well, you may or may not see yourself as a

leader, but you know what? You are an influencer. People are watching you. People are listening to

you. Some follow you. And I would venture to guess that you actually have far more potential

in you than you even realize or even

tempt into yet. So this is why today's conversation is for every single one of us. What's the one

way that we can all steward our influence in a more fruitful way and even may possibly grow our

influence? Well, it's this. It's becoming a better listener. My guest today writes this.

linked to how well you listen. No one wants to follow someone who won't listen to others. The truth is

many leaders have lost their credibility because they haven't put any effort into their listening

skills. Once credibility is lost, it's mighty hard to regain. The key to building loyal, empowered, and engaged teams is to listen intently.
