Well, you know, for me, overall, I've been feeling pretty good these days, but I still have a few health issues to work out.

And I really struggle when I don't get a good night's sleep.

And when that happens, my symptoms surge, I don't feel so well.

It's frustrating.

And it's really when I feel emotionally vulnerable. And so the other morning I woke up feeling that way, just crummy.

And then I saw something on Instagram that made me feel instantly jealous.

Have you ever been there?

And then suddenly I worried about this encouraging text I sent out hoping I worded things right

and that it would be taken the right way, not the wrong way.

And before I knew it, I found myself knotted up in angst.
