Imagine yourself walking down a set of 5 steps, with each step leading you into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation. In the room at the bottom of the steps is a big comfy recliner that you can sit in and enjoy. Enjoy a nice deep relaxating sleep and awaken in the morning rested and refreshed.
Our podcast is sponsored by Better Help. One thing that I find keeps my mind vibrant is learning new things. Right now I’m studying Spanish and working on piano skills too. Do you make time to learn new things or was that desire lost in childhood? Kids are always curious and constantly learning and growing, but as adults sometimes we lose that curiosity. What’s something that you’d like to learn? Gardening, a new language or maybe how to finally beat your friends at bowling? Therapy can help you reconnect with your sense of wonder, and with it being back to school time, it’s the perfect time to rediscover the joy of learning. Online therapy is the perfect way to explore and rediscover your ability to learn new things and better help is convenient, flexible and suited to your schedule. Rediscover your curiosity with better help.
