I had to get him on to talk about the new updates to the app because I wanted to share them with you because there's a lot of new things have gone on in the app and we talk about this in the episode.

It's a lot more user-friendly if you use the Headspace app.

There's a great new sort of planning tools in there and I just like the way it now kind of guides you through each step, kind of handhold you.

And I think that's very good to have. It clearly helps you set up your obsessions and compulsions allows
