Welcome back to another episode of Zen Parenting Radio. This is our very first Friday non-conversations edition, sweetie.

So Zen Parenting Radio, that's a discussion between a spiritual and emotional mom and a logical and practical dad.

We have three daughters, ages 7, 10, and 11.

And our goal is to give you the resources to become a better parent, but more importantly, sweetie, to become a better you.

And I always remember our motto, which is the best predictor of a child's well-being,

is a parent's self-understanding.

And lastly, we have a screening coming up on Wednesday.

Correct.

What is the screen?

March 11th, it is the mask you live in and it is about re-understanding, if not re-understanding,

revisiting the whole concept of masculinity in our country and how it's really not working

for our boys or our men and what we can do about it. So I highly recommend it

for those of you who have sons. I highly recommend it for those of you who have daughters.

And I also recommend it for men. Todd and I have, we didn't make a bet on this, but he was really

hoping that the majority of people who would come would be men because it's really about them.

But as you may guess, 98% of the people who have bought tickets are women.
