packy, Patty on the back eat but just you'll get it it's

just we listen we went there it's my favorite kind of episode where there's laughter and silly and crazy and bonding and also intense and honest and just

unapologetically going there. So I hope you enjoyed as much as I enjoyed recording it.

It was, as I say on the podcast, a welcome respite

from the just cacophony of noise that's sort of in my head

all the time where 85 different emotions are at play at any given time all in opposition with one another seemingly.
