Hey, wonderful's welcome to episode 365 of the JV club with my marvelous guest, Patrice Pike.

I will go ahead and say she's a total badass and I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did you know I continue to love doing

The podcast even in these strange times because it kind of locks me into the moment,

into the present, with my attention

on another human being, and allows me

to kind of separate a little bit from the sort of future surfing

that can happen.

So if you're like me you benefit greatly from things

like that and I hope that you are taking excellent excellent care of yourselves and

each other. I know I don't have to encourage any of you to socially

distance because I'm 100% sure that you are the top kids of the class and

teacher's pet where that is concerned but if you get the chance to spread the word, not the virus, I would, and yes I did

coin that myself, even though I'm sure I didn't, I would say, you know, help keep the word

out there. Okay, that was a clunky intro, but that is kind of my

M. So I will talk to you guys soon and sending love to everybody. How are you feeling? I mean again a complicated question'm speaking for myself I feel a thousand

different ways kind of every day still at this point.

Oh I you know it's just a range of emotions every day which isn't that different for me than my normal days except it seems like

you know just bigger more

sort of like this combination of noticing and I guess like hypernoticing because things are so different in so many ways.
