Stephanie Case is an ultrarunner and human rights lawyer for the UN. This is her second appearance on the podcast. In this episode, we discuss the recent unrest in Afghanistan - where Stephanie has worked for many years - including how we can help. We also talk about Stephanie's recent race at the 450k Tor des Glaciers in Italy, where she finished 3rd overall in 155hrs. Stephanie is an incredible person and I'm honored she'd come on the show.
