But first, just a little bit of background.

It was a chilling scene inside the

courtroom today in Orlando, Florida. Stefan Stearns, he's the man accused of murdering and

aring. I don't say the word on YouTube. 13 year old Madeline Soto, it was his girlfriend's daughter. Jen Soto is also at the center of a lot of

this, uh, people wondering why she has not been arrested. And we will ask our, uh, former homicide

prosecutor in this very county about that if she could potentially face charges. Uh, but Stefan

Stearns, uh, appeared in court today, and the goal here is to suppress the digital evidence.

Police found a mountain of digital forensic evidence, mainly photos and videos.

Too disturbing for most to even think about.

And now the defense says, hey, wait, those were basically taken illegally and they should

be banned from the trial, which is really, excuse me, the crux of the government's case.
