Welcome to Surviving the Survivor.

It is a show that brings you the very best guests in all of true crime as we cover trending criminal cases and

perhaps no bigger case than this one going on in the United States than the accused Long

Island serial killer Rex Heerman.

He is responsible for multiple deaths in a part of Long Island known as Gilgo Beach. At least that's what police say. He has been in jail in Suffolk County for a good amount of time. And momentarily, Suffolk County police are going to hold a press conference to update people on the case.

But more importantly, there are two victims still that have not been identified, maybe more than that, but two kind of glaring victims who whose IDs have escaped authorities and that is

a woman because of her tattoo known as peaches and her toddler daughter i believe was four years old

uh happy to welcome back to this show true crime crime with the Sarge, none other than Sergeant

Joe Jackalone, who was retired NYPD Sergeant. He's been all over this case. It took a little

bit of time off to deal with the personal issue, and he is back and better than ever uh joe happy to see you back

here um great to great to have you back um how are you doing before we get and everything else

good joe thanks for having me back on yeah just getting back to my sea leg so to speak so we're working

on this nice nice and i know you saw our friend Scott Duffy at the Hampton's true crime thing.

So, Joe, first of all, he did a, he just, Joe just happened by kind of almost serendipity.

He went out and did a video about Peaches specifically.

Well, yeah, I have my own YouTube channels called True Crime with the Sarge.

And I happened to be out, you know, for the Hamptons who'd done it.

So I had stopped by, believe it or not, they have to living in Long Island for so many years.
