You know, ladies and gentlemen, folks, like I always call you guys, I use the term

folks, maybe too much, but this case is just an unbelievable case that is, you know, sooner or later, and we would all hope much sooner

to go to trial, you know, because there's two cases.

Stefan Stern's, the monster's trial is set. Well, there's two cases. Stefan Stern's, The Monsters Trial is set.

Well, there's two more court appearances set, and one will take place on August 19th.

And that really is just to move the essay, the 60 charges of those images on his phone,

to move that trial forward because that trial needs to start before the murder first degree trial,

which everyone wants to see get going however if you were the prosecutor

in this case wouldn't you want to put forth a case that has similar penalties if if he was tried

if the law existed that exists now he would be eligible for the death penalty for those 60 felony charges from the images on his cell phone.

And I won't spell out what it is.

But because the law was just passed before his crimes were committed.

He's not eligible for the death penalty for that case.

However, he is eligible for the death penalty

under special circumstances for the murder

in the first degree.

So we are all anxious to get this trial going.

And by trial, I should say trials.

But the first one is, of course, going to be the trial for all of those 60 SA charges

or the horrible images on his phone.
