This whole game is mental.

That's the only way to describe it.

And we've talked about the different mindsets that people are in.

And I, you know, all I think to myself is some people are fired up

and they're doing the work. And some people are freaking. are

freaking out and they're doing the work and some people are freaking out and they're not in action.

I want to just talk to the people that are freaking out and not in action.

Listen to me, the world needs you. Your neighbors need you, your family needs you, your

dog needs you, your kids need you, the people that rely on you need you now more than ever to step up and be a rock. You listening to me and

talking directly to you. If you're fired up, you can leave. Get out of here. Go do something,

you know, be productive. But I'm looking at you right now and saying listen

these times are hard but you're harder remember that the message I shared a long time ago

choose your hard it's hard right now to get up in the morning and be

focused. It's also really hard if you sleep in late and you're not focused. It's hard

to write out my gratitude every single day when I'm stuck inside my house.

But it's also really hard to work throughout the day when I'm not in a state of gratitude.

If I don't have some level of grace, it's hard to make phone calls right now, but it's really hard in my business financially in the next two, three, four months if I don't make phone calls right now.

Everything is hard right now.

So having poopy pants, as my buddy David Goggins used to say or you know I

used to call people I said don't be a candy ass and there was a time when that was

like jovial and fun but right now I'm telling you the world needs you to step up. I know it. You know it too and all you got to do is just make that first step right make up that checklist make up that list of four or five things you can do today that you didn't do yesterday that you knew you should be doing and you finally just got into action.

It's about baby steps right now. It's about little things. Just a little bit of momentum goes so far.
