Absolutely, you've gone absolutely. Paul is an entrepreneur, the founder and managing director

of Change Works, as well as a leading executive and life coach in Asia. Excited by the

life's challenge, he realizes the need to step out of your comfort zone in order to become the

person you need to become. Paul take a minute, fill in some gaps from that intro and give us a

little glimpse of your personal life. Yeah, absolutely, John. As you mentioned, I'm an executive

coach and life coach. We do a lot of work with leaders and anybody really that just wants to make

positive changes in their life. From a personal perspective, I guess I spend most of my time doing

what I love, which is coaching. So, although that might seem boring to others, actually although

it's my job, it's something I am very passionate about and enjoy. So, it takes up pretty much

most of my time with it be business or personal because I enjoy it so much. That's the thing,

fire nation, when you find that thing, when you wake up and you're like, you know what, I'm not

dreading doing that thing, then you're on to something. So, guess what, hang on tight,
