Here's your host, Jason Romano.

Hey guys, welcome to Sports Spectrum.

It is Super Bowl Week.

0:20.0

I am Jason Romano, and we are live down here in Tampa, Florida to get set for Super Bowl 55.

And although Super Bowl media night did not really happen this year in the same way that it's happened in the past because NFL and the teams have kept their players basically

0:38.8

back home for extra days and they aren't down in Tampa until later in the week.

0:44.5

So everything's been virtual this year.

But last year at Super Bowl Media Night, one of my favorite interviews that we were able to

0:52.0

conduct was with offensive lineman Stefan Wisniewski of the Kansas City Chiefs.

So Stefan Wisnuski joins us here today. We got a chance to catch up with him just a few days ago when I had just

1:45.5

arrived down here in Tampa. And of course, we did it over Zoom. It wasn't like last year where I could

1:50.4

talk to him in person. But he was gracious enough to give us about 20 minutes and chat about the 2020

1:57.0

NFL season. And Stefan, by the way, who hasn't started many games this year at all and wasn't

2:03.4

expected to start, is now finding himself starting Super Bowl 55 on Sunday for the Chiefs

2:11.6

against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And Stefan is preparing himself the same way he's prepared

2:17.4

himself before by placing God first and being ready to go for the unexpected to happen.
