What's up, guys? Welcome to Sports Spectrum. I am Jason Romano as we continue our Super Bowl memory series this week.

And today we are joined by three-time Super Bowl champion, Mark Schlereth.

Mark, of course, won two Super Bowls with the Denver Broncos. He also won a Super Bowl in 1991 with the Washington, then Washington Redskins,

of course now the Washington football team. And Mark has just an amazing way about him to tell

stories. And so he was the perfect person to bring on for these Super Bowl memories because

he has amazing stories to share.

He played 12 seasons in the NFL from 1989 to 2000 with both Washington and Denver.

He retired after the 2000 season.

He joined ESPN where he was an analyst for many years, 16 years there, until he left in 2017

for a new opportunity with Fox Sports, which is where he is now

commentating and doing work with Fox Sports and their NFL coverage.

So this is Mark Schlereth.

He's known as Stink to many of his friends, including myself.

I got to work with Mark for many years at ESPN.

And he's going to share his Super Bowl memories with us here today on Sports Spectrum.

Three-time Super Bowl champion, Mark Schlerith, joins us on Sports Spectrum. He works with Fox Sports now. We've had Mark before. We're going to talk some Super Bowl and share some Super Bowl memories. And Mark, our first question to jog your memory on the Super Bowl. You played in three of them. You won all three that you played in. But do you remember what you ate the morning of any of your Super Bowls?

Yeah, well, normally, like during games, when I had a regular game, I had a really tough time eating in the mornings because I get so nervous about things.

And so it was really hard to consume a lot of food.

But the morning of the Super Bowl, because the Super Bowl's aren't late in the afternoon or late in the evening, right? So it's not at that nervous time yet. It's not pregame. It's still breakfast. So you can actually consume food at breakfast time. But we did have one superstition. I probably ate eggs. I don't really remember exactly what happened. We did have one superstition as offensive linemen.
