got one of those teeters that uh...

inclined you you know put your feet up and you lay on it and go backwards and all like that.

So I've been mixing that into my nightly routine to keep my keep my back stretched out and all and got healthy just in time.

Got the Vegas crew coming out here for the Shrine Bowl week coming up here so looking forward to

welcoming them into town on Thursday. Absolutely really excited for that for the

Shrine Bowl for the Shrine Bowl, for the Senior Bowl, don't like, they're both taking place at the same time, never really understood that scheduling conflict, but it'll be a really exciting time for this site. And as always Dave and I are here until 8 p.m.

eastern time answering any and hopefully all of your Steelers questions if the
