Today we're going to talk about how a urologist got into female sexual health. We're going to talk about orgasmic inequality and heterosexual relationships, what the difference is between low desire versus bad sex, mindfulness, alcohol and sex are good

and the bad, spontaneous versus responsive desire and sexual desire mismatch.

At the end, we'll talk about tips for creating desire in long-term relationships.

Next week, I'm going to publish the second half where we're going to be talking about other things.

So it's a long talk, but I broke it down into some 20-minute
