across me for the first time. This is, you completely listen to this on its own. So we're going to talk about mindfulness and sex, faking orgasms, how porn is fake and how it helps and hurts people in their sexual education.

Why penis and vagina sex is bad for female orgasms. We'll talk about clitoral anatomy. We'll talk about some medications that have come out for hypoactive sexual desire disorders, some sexual pain, and at the end, top tips for sex, and some of my book recommendations.

Okay. So, mindfulness. Let's talk a little bit about mindfulness because who hasn't yet gone through
