| 1:25.0 | And so this is an interesting thing that we're all engaged in these days and it's really important to have strategies to work with it. And as a mindfulness teacher, this is still something that I am constantly |

| 1:45.0 | There's another part of my brain that is drawn to it and wants more of it. |
