Does negativity seem to consume you? When consumed by negative thoughts, It can be easy to lose sight of the ordinary miracles happening in life like the morning sunrise, the loyalty of your pet, or the blossom, and fragrance of a flower. This week, you are invited to refocus your thoughts on the positivity in the world.

| 1:19.0 | because we're not communicating with each other in our normal fashion. |
| 1:27.0 | So you might be communicating on Zoom or by text or email or phone. |
| 1:32.0 | And so it's likely that you are not in a regular situation |
| 1:39.0 | where you're faced to face with people. |
| 1:42.0 | Even if you are social distancing at your particular workplace, |
| 1:47.0 | chances are you're still not communicating the way you're used to |
| 1:54.0 | with masks on. |
| 1:56.0 | It's really difficult to read people's expressions. |
| 1:59.0 | So just depending on where you live and the different ways people are managing |
