a while ago, and I'm just going to bring him on just so we can talk a little bit. So, Dave, you there on the

Connecticut is on fire. It's on fire. I don't know if that's a good

thing to say these days because California really is. So we probably have to watch what we say.

Those poor people. I'll tell you. As I said that, I was thinking, yeah, I was saying the

same thing. I was thinking the same thing. But it literally is, it's one of the craziest real estate

markets. It's definitely by of the craziest real estate markets.

It's definitely by far the most powerful estate market in the last 20 years for sure.
