| 1:11.5 | She got the mechanical engineering going on. What drew you to multifamily? Because typically people, |
| 1:15.6 | you know, when they're younger, they're not thinking about going into a second career, |
| 1:18.8 | about investing in their own personal development and growth. What drew you to that? |
| 1:22.8 | Yeah, that's a great question. I think, you know, a couple years into working in my job, my day job, |
| 1:30.3 | I, you know, I started to get a little bit antsy. And I think I knew, I can't explain it, |
| 1:35.3 | but I think it was something in my gut. I knew that I was going to do something else after I graduated. |
| 1:40.8 | I just wasn't sure what that was going to be. And so all that to say a couple of years down the road, working, I, you know, was looking for something else. |
| 1:49.5 | And so I spent a lot of time, you know, on the internet kind of Googling, okay, what can I do here? |
| 1:56.1 | And somehow I came across Grant Cardone and that kind of put a seed in my brain and then, |
| 2:01.9 | you know, eventually led me down a road of reading the purple book by Robert Kiwasaki. |
| 2:07.4 | And then talking to a lot of people that I worked with and a lot of them actually own |
