She grew up in Indiana, where she attended Purdue University for Mechanical Engineering.

After graduating, she moved to Dallas Fort Worth in 2015 to pursue a job at an aerospace company.

She joined us this past October and quickly acquired

her first multifamily property in April 22. She is also a limited partner in 106 units.

Welcome to the show. Jen, how you doing? Gino, doing good. Thanks for having me.

I mean, it's exciting. I remember when you join and I'm thinking that she's really smart.

She got the mechanical engineering going on. What drew you to multifamily? Because typically people,

you know, when they're younger, they're not thinking about going into a second career,

about investing in their own personal development and growth. What drew you to that?

Yeah, that's a great question. I think, you know, a couple years into working in my job, my day job,

I, you know, I started to get a little bit antsy. And I think I knew, I can't explain it,

but I think it was something in my gut. I knew that I was going to do something else after I graduated.

I just wasn't sure what that was going to be. And so all that to say a couple of years down the road, working, I, you know, was looking for something else.

And so I spent a lot of time, you know, on the internet kind of Googling, okay, what can I do here?

And somehow I came across Grant Cardone and that kind of put a seed in my brain and then,

you know, eventually led me down a road of reading the purple book by Robert Kiwasaki.

And then talking to a lot of people that I worked with and a lot of them actually own
