That's President Donald Trump speaking to reporters on the status of negotiations to end the war in Iran.

He said there's no deadline on when

he expects to hear back from Tehran. Iran is still reviewing the latest proposal from the U.S.,

according to the country's foreign ministry spokesperson. A regional source familiar with the negotiations

tells CNN, both sides are moving closer to an agreement on a memo. The same source says the memo would trigger a 30-day period resolving nuclear demands,

unfreezing Iranian assets, and negotiating security in the Strait of Hormuz.

This comes after the U.S. suspended Project Freedom,

a military operation to help guide commercial ships through the strait, citing progress in peace talks.
