hat right now because Ukraine has launched an

offensive into Russia towards the large city of Kursk said to be as of this

writing I'm reading, a thousand square kilometers controlled by the Ukrainian

strike force.

What is notable is that for weeks Ukraine has been complaining about manpower shortage

complaining about weapons not arriving on time

saying we're low on ammo we can't match the Russians

artillery fire well all that might be true at the same time they were building up in a strike

force that is made up a very good equipment including very good equipment from

the US that I have seen on the battlefield not recently

and they're pushing into Russia meeting little or no resistance and the report now is that they've captured hundreds of Russian troops. I don't know that they've overrun any arsenals or depots, but they're pushing farther in. It doesn't look like a raid. I don't know what it looks like but

Vladimir Putin is not responding well. He's ready to fire the governor of the area

that has said that Ukraine is making advances.

All of this adds up to the unknown,

so we come back to Washington.
