Departure announced one month after former ambassador to the US disappeared from public

view.

This is the highest reaches of the Chinese Communist Party, which itself is non-transparent

and dictatorial.

What we know is that Qin Gong, a relatively young man for Chinese leadership, was the US

ambassador, was the ambassador to the US from the People's Republic of China, a man who

made himself available for public relations such as shooting foul shots at Washington

Wizards Games and made videos that circulated around the world.

Spoke very well now and again of the United States, named foreign minister by Xi Jinping.
