observing Asia. We're going to Asia, the Korean Peninsula, a crisis at hand.

The president, Yun, impeached by a legislature that is increasingly in the hands of the hostile opposition,

a man named Yi, who is associated, long associated with, appeasement is the generous way to put it,

but in any event he speaks in favor of Beijing and Pyongyang in a fashion that is not consistent

with defense of the South Korean people.

At the same time, President Yun remains under siege an arrest warrant lawfare in all directions.

And North Korea watching closely is now fired another missile, a provocation device.

North Korea is in combat, in action, in the curse salient right now, with casualties being taken by the tens of thousands of troops that

North Korea is dispatched in service of Russia. So North Korea, Mary, it was a challenge for the

first term. However, the Biden administration has done nothing that I can account for. So you're

being handed off the same bad situation you had when you left office?

I think that's a very accurate summation, John. The Biden team essentially ignored North Korea,

didn't try to get them to the negotiating table, didn't try to separate them from China and Russia,

and look at where we are now.

We cannot think about North Korea as a bilateral problem between North Korea and the United States or Japan and North Korea or South Korea and North Korea.

It's not the way the world works.

North Korea is a problem because it is working in concert with Russia and China, namely, most obviously, sending troops to support the

Russian war effort in Ukraine, not to mention continuing what they always do, which is cyber

criminality, drug running, in all manner of criminal activity around the world. I'm sure you've seen the
