| 0:39.3 | and as we near the June 24th anniversary of the Dobbs ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, which was the federal |
| 0:46.0 | protection of a right to an abortion. |
| 0:48.1 | The fight over abortion access is also raging in the states, where 14 to date have adopted nearly total bans on the practice. |
| 0:55.2 | Fascinatingly enough, and Iowa, the state's High Court prevented a six-week ban from going |
| 0:59.3 | into effect last week in a rare split three decision. |
| 1:03.4 | The Oklahoma Supreme Court also struck down to anti-abortion state laws as unconstitutional |

| 1:09.6 | And on Tuesday, New York's legislature passed a bill stipulating that the state's courts would shield New York |
| 1:14.6 | health officials who provide telemedicine abortion to a patient in a state with an abortion |
| 1:19.4 | ban from being prosecuted. So what else have we learned this week a survey released today by |
| 1:25.4 | the Kaiser Foundation reveals that most OBGYNs are worried about the |
| 1:30.5 | effects of revoking the federal right to an abortion, |
| 1:33.0 | with more than two-thirds of them saying the Dob's ruling has worsened their ability to manage pregnancy-related emergencies, particularly in these states that have bans. |
