Hey, Rebecca. Well, before we start, I'm going to give a quick synopsis of this week's

episode. In the episode, we hear about the 18-month period between the time of Greg's arrest and his

trial. Right before his arrest, though, investigators place Robert Shepard, the man who they can

last place the murder weapon with under hypnosis, hoping he can remember to whom he gave the gun.

In the meantime, they're looking for Greg, who moved to Florida with his wife Becky

a few months earlier, and to find her, they interrogate her mother and find out she, Becky,

has a doctor's appointment for her pregnancy. Investigators set up surveillance at the doctors,

but Becky and Greg never show up. After he's arrested, Greg hires John Nisbet and begins demanding a speedy trial,

raising numerous motions for one, all were denied. Greg's bond is set at $1 million, and he's

frustrated with his legal representation, further frustrated with a defense investigator that

has appointed to his case, and when a public defender is appointed,

is unhappy with him, too. They clash on defense and trial strategy, and his lawyers ask the

court to order a psych evaluation concerned about Greg's fitness to make strategic legal decisions.
