Good. I have a lot of questions about this case, but first I'm going to just provide a quick summary to catch our listeners up to some details they may have forgotten about.

So here we go with that.

In episode one of the state versus Fred Freeman, the undisclosed team introduced us to the case of Fred Freeman, who was convicted of the 1986 murder of Community College student Scott Maclam in Port Huron, Michigan in the lower peninsula.

The episode focused on Freeman's numerous alibi witnesses placing Freeman and Escanaba in the upper peninsula of Michigan hours before and after the murder.
