Welcome to the Bone Yard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the magnificent Monday edition of the yard and what a Monday it is. A lot to talk about. A lot happened over the weekend. A lot of good things happened. If you're a Mississippi State Bulldog, you had a good weekend. Despite some bad weather, and we're going to get into some of that too despite the bad weather we had over 30,000

people show up for Mississippi State baseball 30,000 that's pretty cool says a lot about our team but our

program about our fan base not a big crowd at a spring game and it's one of those things the weather

really kind of subdued a lot of that but it's weird one of it's weird things and I've shared that on the show a couple times it just kind of seems like football is kind of subdued a lot of that. But one of it's weird things, and I've shared that on the show a couple of times. It just kind of seems like football is kind of working in the background a little bit right now. And I kind of like that. I kind of like how nothing's really magnified or there's not a lot of pressure and there's not a lot of scrutiny right now. Everybody's just kind of, you know, we're focused on baseball. You know, we're focused on this great team we have. We've been focused on men's and women's basketball, and Joe Moorhead and his crew just kind of working behind the scenes kind of quietly. And I will submit to you based on my review of the spring game, and it will be replayed Tuesday night. So if you missed it, if you weren't able to attend the game or you were at baseball,

you will be able to watch the Mississippi State Spring Game on Tuesday evening.

I believe it's being replayed 9 o'clock on the SEC Network.

You'll be able to watch for yourself.

But my review of the spring game may not be quite as bad as some others,

but there are some things that are concerning that I wanted to talk about.

And some of the same problems we had a year ago and the year before are still kind of lingering

on.

And that's something that's going to have to be addressed in fall camp.

We'll get into all of that.

But again, big show today.

A lot of good things talk about. A lot of fun
