An interesting night to say the least.

Mississippi State jumps out and gets a 1-0 lead, but let's back up a second there.

Because it looked like in the top of the first, we were going to have that typical midweek malaise, mediocre start and kind of spot somebody a lead.

So you come out, and Brandon Smith, who I think is going to be an absolute star at Mississippi

State.

I absolutely love his game, love his approach, very mature for a younger guy.
