| 0:40.6 | in creating and presenting this quarterly meeting for 30 to 60 minutes to the |
| 0:46.2 | entire organization. So first, what is a State of the Bruneian? State of the |
| 0:51.0 | Bruneian is Morning Brew's quarterly meeting that centers us all on where we've been, where we are, and where we're going. |
| 0:58.0 | And what I tell to our team is each State of the Bruneian, you should walk away with three things. |
| 1:04.0 | You should understand our purpose as a company. |
| 1:06.9 | You should understand what we've accomplished the last quarter. |
| 1:10.3 | And you should understand what we are working towards in the coming quarter. |
| 1:14.0 | So I want to start by sharing my lessons. |
| 1:18.0 | The first lesson being, |
| 1:20.0 | don't miss quarters. |
| 1:22.0 | We missed last quarter state of the Burrhenian, which meant that this was a recap of the entire first half of the year of 2020. |
| 1:30.0 | Consistency is so key with these meetings so that people are given a sense of direction frequently enough |
