Hope it's a payday for you. Maybe it is. It's also a groundhog day. And Pucks of Tani Phil says it's going to be an early spring. That's great for me. I'm a baseball guy.

Early spring is often mean tough summers, but, you know, we're kind of acclimated for that.

But after, you know, what's happened here as of late, kind of ready for some warmer weather.

I do hear, you never know, these Facebook meteorologists out there, you hear, there's some talk that we may get another little cold snap, you know, later in the month that might have some winter weather attached to it, some precipitation.

I don't know.

You never know. But they were almost spot on with this last one. I mean, it's like we were told for a month, there's going to be

this winter vortex that's going to change the conditions in the south rather significantly. And we

were kind of preparing for it. Lo and behold, it happened. But there's a little chatter out there, and I don't know, maybe one of our Mississippi State Educated Meteorologist will hit me up and let me know if this is all just poppycock or not. But, yeah, it's, again, it's Friday. I hope it's a payday for you. You can get out and do some good things. We've got some baseball this weekend. We'll be headed over to the scrimmages a little bit later.

It's one of the reasons I'm trying to get on up early.

I have had a very productive week.

I've written a little bit, but I just kind of felt like I needed some more detail about kind of growing up

in Hines County, Mississippi from some people in the family.
