Busy day today, your good friend and host will be on the road much of the day on Monday.

Got to head down to Columbia Miss.

A lot of guys hit me up, you know, for, you know, we discussed that last week about the

young man from my hometown that played for the Columbia High School Wildcats that

passed away tragically and I feel it's my obligation and my responsibility and my duty

is a former wildcat to go and support that family, and not that I need anybody out there

to give me praise for doing what I believe is the right thing to do. But Luke Davis Jr. was

tragically taken from us on Christmas Eve, on his way to go open gifts. And it is absolutely

gut-wrenching. And as I shared, I did not know the family. I don't know them. I may get down there and realize there's a connection or sorts, but

But the reality of it is is that my Facebook feed was just filled with people from my hometown. They were absolutely heartbroken for this family.

And so I'm going to go down and pay my respects.

I don't get back down south enough.

Probably pick up awards, big one while I'm down there.

Got to treat myself every now and again.

And then we're going to get back and spend some time with the fam here in Starkville.

And speaking of Stargville, we didn't have any major damage with those tornadoes, but there was some damage. Even my daughter, Mia, her vehicle, got beat up pretty good,

so that's something we'll have to deal with and contend with here in the days ahead.

But we feel that we're very fortunate.

There are many people around this

great state and around the southeast region that we're not as fortunate. You know, several years

to now, we're not going to remember that we had a few dents in a damaged bumper. You know,
